What happens after I send a request?
Your request is saved in KAI’s private studio. Keep the private tracking link on the receipt page. Jericho reviews the date, location and coverage before confirming. A request does not hold or reserve a date.
When is my date confirmed?
Your date becomes Confirmed immediately when Jericho approves the request. Any agreed deposit and remaining balance are recorded separately. An unverified transfer does not reduce your balance.
How long does delivery take?
Each package lists its delivery time, usually 7 to 14 days. A wedding package also includes its listed preview. The final scope and delivery date are agreed before the session; preview images are not automatically included in every package.
Where can I see progress and download my photographs?
Use the private session link saved after your inquiry. After approval, it shows your arrangements, preparation, production stage and agreed delivery target. When KAI publishes your finished delivery, the external gallery link and download instructions appear there. Keep the link private and download a personal backup within your agreed access period.
When do I pay?
Sending an inquiry is free. After approval and agreement, fixed-price sessions require a 30% reservation deposit. The remaining balance and payment method are agreed directly with Jericho. Payment instructions are shared privately.
Can we photograph outside your base area?
KAI is based in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Philippines. You can propose another location. Travel, permits, venue or studio hire, and hair and makeup are separate from the photography rate. Any extra costs are discussed before confirmation.
What if we need to move the date?
Contact Jericho before making new plans. Another date depends on availability, location and the arrangements agreed for your session. Weather plans and any rescheduling terms are discussed before confirmation.
Are free and pay-what-you-want sessions really available?
Yes. Choose Free Portfolio Session or Creative Shoot & Portfolio Collaboration. The free session has no session fee. A voluntary contribution may be ₱0. Ideas, availability, any shared costs and image usage are agreed before the shoot.
Will my photographs appear in the public portfolio?
Only with separate permission. Sending a booking request does not give permission to publish your photographs. You can discuss usage preferences with Jericho before the session.
