Practical information before you request a session.
A request comes first
Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a reservation or automatic confirmation. Kai reviews the date, coverage, location and travel time. Keep your private tracking link for the current status. Your booking becomes Confirmed when Kai approves it. Payment verification is recorded separately and does not change that confirmation.
Coverage and rates
Fixed packages cover one photographer, photography only, editing and digital delivery as listed. Travel, permits, venue or studio hire, and hair and makeup are separate. Any extra cost, overtime, special retouching or commercial usage beyond the listed package is agreed before confirmation.
Reservation and payment
The current reservation deposit for fixed-price sessions is 30% after approval and agreement. No payment is due to submit a request. Use only payment instructions provided privately by Kai or in your private session hub. The website does not collect or transfer money. Only payments verified by Kai reduce the balance shown in the hub. A pending transfer is not a payment acknowledgement.
Moving or cancelling a session
Contact Kai as early as possible. New dates depend on availability. Weather plans, cancellation terms and the handling of any deposit are agreed in writing before confirmation. Check those session-specific arrangements before paying.
Free sessions and contributions
A Free Portfolio Session has no photography session fee. Pay-what-you-want contributions can be ₱0. Ideas, scope, any optional shared expenses and image usage are agreed before the shoot.
Delivery and permission
The package lists the expected number of photographs and delivery time. Any revised scope is agreed before confirmation. Permission to use photographs publicly is separate from permission to handle your inquiry. After approval, your private session hub shows the saved preparation details, agreed deliverables, production stage and delivery target. When Kai publishes the finished delivery, it includes the external gallery link and your agreed download, retention and usage instructions. Keep a personal backup of your files.
Gallery access periods and any revision allowance are agreed for your session. They are not unlimited storage or an automatic entitlement to additional retouching. The external gallery provider controls access to the photographs; discuss any access questions with Kai.
